Mbaji Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the mbaji platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account on mbaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below.

These six points summarise the most important aspects of mbaji's terms. They don't replace the full terms below — please read those too — but they give you a clear picture of the basics.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Mbaji is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, make a deposit, or place any bet on the platform. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one mbaji account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balance.

All Transactions in BDT

Mbaji operates entirely in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in BDT. There are no currency conversions applied at any stage, and no hidden fees deducted from your payout beyond what is disclosed in the payment section of these terms.

Fair Play Is Non-Negotiable

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, or collude with other players is strictly prohibited. Mbaji uses certified RNG technology and monitors all accounts for irregular activity. Violations result in immediate account closure.

You Are Responsible for Your Account

Your mbaji login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. Providing false information during registration — including misrepresenting your age — is a serious violation of these terms. Any account found to have been registered with false information will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one mbaji account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mbaji will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

Your account login credentials — your mobile number and password — are your responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. Mbaji will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach before that action occurred.

Mbaji accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Payments

Mbaji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process, and the amount you send is the amount credited to your mbaji wallet, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds that may apply.

Deposits are credited to your mbaji account in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable period after the transaction is confirmed on your end, contact mbaji support with your transaction reference number.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the mbaji account holder — are not permitted.
  • Mbaji reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

Note: Mbaji does not charge a deposit fee. Any charges applied by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) are outside mbaji's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your mbaji account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. All withdrawals are paid in BDT with no conversion applied.

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within minutes. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays while documentation is reviewed. Mbaji recommends completing verification before requesting your first withdrawal to avoid any hold on your funds.

  • Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the point of request.
  • Mbaji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
  • Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements are met.
  • In cases where fraud or irregular activity is suspected, mbaji may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact mbaji support with your withdrawal reference number and the mobile number associated with your payment account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Mbaji may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

General rules that apply to all mbaji bonuses unless stated otherwise:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
  • Mbaji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.
  • Bonus winnings that exceed the maximum withdrawal cap stated in the promotion terms will be removed from your balance at the point of withdrawal.

Tip: Always read the wagering requirements before accepting a bonus. A bonus with a high wagering requirement may not be the right choice depending on how you prefer to play on mbaji.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on mbaji operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined independently of any player history, bet size, account status, or any other variable. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is fixed and consistent across all sessions.

Each game on mbaji has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. The following actions are strictly prohibited on mbaji. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using mbaji for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

  • Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Mbaji monitors all accounts for irregular activity. If your account is flagged for investigation, you may be asked to provide documentation to verify your identity and the source of your funds. Failure to cooperate with an investigation may result in permanent account closure.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Mbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
  • Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
  • A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring account closure.
  • The account holder's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your mbaji account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not affect any obligations you have already incurred under these terms, including any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

10 Responsible Gaming
